Hill+Knowlton Strategies as Knowledge Partner at this year’s European Business Summit
Hill+Knowlton Strategies is pleased to announce it will be a Knowledge Partner of this year’s European Business Summit that will take place on 14 and 15 May in Brussels.
As a Knowledge partner, the Brussels Hill+Knowlton team develops briefing papers for the different sessions. The papers provide European policy insights for each session and are meant to introduce the topics to the speakers and the audience.
The European Business Summit is an annual meeting of business leaders and decision makers in Europe and gathers more than 1,500 participants from over 60 countries, including European Commissioners, Prime Ministers, CEOs, public sector leaders, international financing institutions, think tanks and academics. Confirmed speakers for this year’s Summit already confirmed include Michel Barnier, Commissioner for the Internal Market, Karel De Gucht, Commissioner for Trade, a number of Director-Generals and CEOs. H+Ks CEO Thomas Tindemans will participate in the panel debate on intellectual property.
The Summit will host a number of presentations and panel debates on topics such as growing the digital economy, energising industrial policy, financing innovation, bridging the skills gap, an energy strategy for Europe, the challenges and opportunities of the Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership, and maintaining citizens’ trust.
