Lauren advises clients on EU public affairs in the energy and sustainability sectors. She also has experience on digital, tech and media. She follows sustainability issues relating to agriculture, corporate sustainability and reporting requirements and has expertise in energy storage topics. ​

She specialises in assisting clients craft stakeholder specific messaging to effectively communicate their key positions and has represented clients in front of high-level institutional stakeholders. Additionally, she helps clients craft strategic public affairs campaigns to achieve their policy goals.​

Before joining H+K, Lauren worked at a Brussels-based consultancy, also focusing on digital, energy, and sustainability topics. Lauren holds an MA of European Public Policy from the University of Kent, Brussels School of International Studies, and a BA of International Affairs from the George Washington University. Lauren is from the US and has been living and working in Belgium for the past seven years. In addition to her native English, she speaks conversational Dutch. ​
