Philippe brings to H+K a wealth of experience in EU economic, policy and regulatory issues. His extensive network of contacts, both in industry and in EU and national governments and administrations, is unrivalled.
Philippe was Director General of BUSINESSEUROPE, the organisation of European industry federations and companies until 2012. Previously, from 1987 to 2001, he was CEO of Agoria, the Belgian multi-sector federation for the technology industry. Philippe has a unique understanding of business related policy issues and the public affairs needs of companies and their leaders. He will provide strategic counsel to H+K’s clients, notably on how to enhance their contribution to EU policy development.
